6.3 Adding Funds: Funds can be added through Stripe. All payments are processed securely by Stripe and are subject to their terms of service.
6.4 No Refunds: Funds are non-refundable once added to your account. If you believe there was an error in balance deduction, contact us at support@rankgpt.app within 7 days.
6.5 Expiration: Your balance does not expire as long as your account remains active.
