By accessing and using RankGPT, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
RankGPT is an AI-powered ranking and comparison service. We use third-party large language models (including Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI) to perform pairwise comparisons and generate rankings based on your criteria. The service operates on a prepaid balance system where you add funds (in USD) and consume them based on usage.
You must create an account to use RankGPT. You are responsible for:
4.1 Prepaid System: Our service operates on a prepaid balance system. Your balance (in USD) is consumed when you use AI-powered features including list generation, cost estimation, and ranking jobs.
4.2 Pricing: Costs per model are displayed in the user interface and may be adjusted at our discretion. Current users will be notified of significant pricing changes.
4.3 Adding Funds: Funds can be added through Stripe. All payments are processed securely by Stripe and are subject to their terms of service.
4.4 No Refunds: Funds are non-refundable once added to your account. If you believe there was an error in balance deduction, contact us at support@rankgpt.app within 7 days.
4.5 Expiration: Your balance does not expire as long as your account remains active.
You agree not to use RankGPT to:
6.1 No Guarantees: Rankings and comparisons are generated by AI models and may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
6.2 Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying AI-generated rankings before using them for any purpose.
6.3 Third-Party AI Providers: We use third-party AI services that have their own terms of service and policies. Your content may be subject to those terms.
7.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you submit (criteria and items). By using RankGPT, you grant us a license to process your content to provide the service.
7.2 AI-Generated Output: You own the rankings and comparison results generated by the service, subject to our acceptable use policy.
7.3 Our Property: RankGPT's software, algorithms, user interface, and branding are our intellectual property and protected by copyright and other laws.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for balance in the past 12 months.
10.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Unused balance will not be refunded upon termination.
10.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RankGPT operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
